Big Three Restaurants, Inc., has become Sports Venues of Florida, Inc. The Changes to the business were reflected on the market systems on May 19, 2014. The Company has identified an empty gap in the youth sports and adult armature sports markets. Specifically, the venues at which each group currently utilizes are dated, county parks that are not sufficient to provide safety and an enjoyable experience for both the participants and the spectators alike. The current trend in the youth sports market is Travel Teams. Travel Teams are a hybrid to the traditional recreational sports programs offered by local cities, counties and various independent groups like "Little League". Specifically, Travel Teams are formed to provide the participant with a higher level of coaching and competition than they would experience with local programs. Companies that run and operate travel team programs achieve revenues from numerous categories. The most obvious revenue is the initial fees charged just for the child to participate. The second level of revenues is for private lessons which range from the low of $50 per hour to as high as $150 per hour. Additional revenues are achieved through the sale of custom uniforms, equipment, concessions and consulting. The Company would be offering youth baseball, softball, lacrosse, football and soccer. In addition the company would enjoy Adult Men's slow-pitch softball. Sports Venues of Florida will be retaining Turf Solutions Group, Inc., as its designers and lead project manager. The Company will work closely with Turf Solutions over the next 120-days to design plans that will include the following assets: 8 Boys Baseball Fields, 8 Girls Softball Fields, 1 Multi-purpose Synthetic Turf Field, 6 Soccer Fields, and 1 Main Stadium Field for Baseball/Softball with Seating for 3,500. The Main Stadium will be a turf surface that can quickly be used for baseball or converted for soccer. The Main Stadium will have an Owner's box, 2 VIP boxes, Media Box, and TV Camera Outposts included. The project will have a Themed National Chain Restaurant (like Buffalo Wild Wings), a National Chain Pro-Shop/Sporting Goods Store (like Dicks). To attract tournament play with players from around the United States the property will have Multi-purpose Housing Units (24 Teams Total Occupancy) with Dining Area for Teams, 1 Swimming pool by housing units (not for public use). After you enter the main gates the center of the park will be anchored by a Splash Zone and Play Ground. A Fitness Trail will guide enthusiasts all around the park with distance markers every 1/8th mile and various stations for workouts. A must for the serious baseball player will be our Indoor/Outdoor Batting cages. An Indoor Fitness and Weight Training Center for the serious athlete or just the person working on conditioning will be first class with the most up to date equipment available. Keeping safety in mind the property will have a fully staffed First Aid Building. Restrooms will be strategically placed as required by Local Code. For those guests who must, Designated Smoking Areas will be provided. Parking will be installed as required by Capacity Planning and Local Code. Retail food and Drink Kiosk's will be scattered around the park. A Multi-Purpose Building (parent meetings, coaches meetings etc.) will be built on site and when not in use is available for rental by non-park participants. The property will have Equipment and Maintenance Building(s), an Executive Office, 5 Ticket Booths at Entrance, 1 Main Entrance with Parking Attendant Guard Shack. The Company has early estimates the entire project costs will be in the $40 million range. According to Turf Solutions the facility, once completed, will be one of the premiers in the country.
