NEW YORK, June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's PLUS linked to the
S&P 500 Index. Priced at $10 with an initial offer size of 1.4
million shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol SND and
has a maturation date of June 20, 2007. The notes are issued by
