New idea- what if there were no gift taxes for gifting a new car like hint hint a Tesla (just pointing out that Tesla would be the smartest choice😄🇺🇸). The wealthy person is paying a lot in taxes on the gift (the car) and then when they sell their investments!! Why not only get them once on the sale of their investments and that would promote a lot more gifting of new cars and the new owner would have to hold onto the car for 5 years or until they die!! I bet someone like Kim Kardashian would donate even more cars to her friends or poor people if the government did that!!! It would increase economic activity with a multiplier effect!! Heck, maybe Donald and Elon would give away a few cars!!! It would also generate more revenue for DOGE to handle more efficiently!!!

The Tesla Cybertruck is banned in Europe, due to its design not meeting European safety regulations, with its sharp edges & potential for pedestrian harm; it cannot be legally sold or registered in most European countries, including the UK.

Should Rivian get unionized IF they even get a deal with Trump?? They’d stand a better CHANCE of paying back the loan if they were non unionized in the future like Tesla, plus if Rivian workers had to spend some of their money buying stock it would incentivize them to make real profits and to pay back a loan IF Trump even gives them one!!! IMO!!

As of December 2023, there were over 326,000 millionaires in India with a wealth of one million US dollars or more. There were 120 billionaires with a wealth of over one billion US dollars.

I didn’t know this statistic!! Elon and Tesla should do well in India!! I’m sure they ALL are going to love buying the BEST cars/Truck in the world!! And maybe those millionaires and billionaires will buy some Teslas for their friends!! Go Elon, Go Tesla, Go India and Go United States of America!!!

• TESLA WILL REPORTEDLY BEGIN SELLING IMPORTED VEHICLES IN INDIA AS EARLY AS APRIL

India is the world's third largest car market. At 4.1 million, it's much smaller than China (21.5 million) and the USA (15.5 million). 🇮🇳

India is also special because there is a huge market for 2 and 3 wheelers. I have never seen this segment of 3-wheelers in any statistics from other countries.

The EV penetration was very low at 2.5% for the whole year of 2024. Didn't move much from 2.3% in 2023.

It will be important to see at what price point Tesla can offer it's cars. Because there is a 100% duty on imports. But since last March, there is an exception for BEV of 15% duty if there is certain investment in India. But this is limited to 8,000 cars per year. I guess Tesla will test the demand under this scheme.

Tesla is initiating a massive recall of hundreds of thousands of vehicles across the United States, citing a defect in the power steering system that could up the risk of crashing.

The announcement on Friday indicated that Tesla would recall approximately 380,000 vehicles due to an issue with steering assist that could make maneuvering the wheel especially difficult at lower speeds.

What if Trump split the 6 billion loan with Rivian and Tesla!! $3 billion goes to Rivian and $3 billion goes to Tesla for India!! $1 billion could go to building superchargers in India, 1 billion could go to a data center for xAI, and 1 billion could go for megapacks!! India could contribute $3 billion to build a factory after Tesla ships a certain amount of cars duty free!! Then Trump and the U.S. gets all the LNG revenue from this!!! A win for Rivian, Tesla, India,and the U.S!!! JMO. Just some ideas!!!

Good point, its not a good look for the safety of Teslas for Musk to want to stop reporting accidents. Tesla's death count has grown over the last week and a half. Each incident in red indicates at least 1 death. I believe each of these accidents are all solo accidents.

There is this talk of an Indian from a company aiming to get money to build nuclear power plants in India!! This was said on Bloomberg!! Why can’t Elon or Trump have India produce safer LNG powered plants that won’t have a potentially dangerous meltdown and where does nuclear waste go?? I just think that LNG plants make the most sense for India (Modi) and the U.S.!!!

I wonder how much money is wasted on mufflers for people driving ICE cars and the arranging one’s schedule and inconvenience one has to go through to get the cars in!! Tesla preps its new Model Y for a European takeover at Giga Berlin

Tesla focused on developing what it refers to as its “next-gen platform” in 2024, with plans to unveil these vehicles coming in 2025.

The 12,500 employees at Gigafactory Berlin will put their efforts completely into the production and deliveries of the new Model Y.

Its most recent production rate was 5,000 vehicles per week, but this new design will require somewhat of an adjustment period, so don’t expect that pace to continue, at least not straight away.

With these tariffs coming, won’t dealerships like BMW, Mercedes and Porsche charge even more money to fix these cars!! It seems like selling would be a good idea now and upgrading to a new Model Y Juniper where you wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance for quite awhile since Teslas require little maintenance!! Teslas are smarter investments than ICE cars!! RIDE ON THE GREENER SIDE!! RIDE IN A TESLA!!! You’d save money on less maintenance and fixing the car (green), the grass is greener (more environmentally friendly) and the technology is WAY BETTER!!! You can even put the car in dog mode!!!
