I imagine he would liek to but there is that materials event rule where they can't buy within a certain time frame of material events so I assume that is what has prevented them thus far, or at least as far as we are aware, from purchasing shares. Who knows though, they may have other reasons or they have started and we just haven't been explicitly made aware of it yet.

Also - audit will start about 30-45 days abt tee button acquisition, that we’re paying for 1 audit and not 2 or delaying the merger - assume audit is completed by June / July and assume uplist to OTCQX by September/ October — the. Expect Nasdaq uplist by December - TXSE (Texas stock exchange) dual list by end of 2026 is when they’re saying the exchange will be live and running.

OTCQX vs OTCQB to build up investor base ahead of uplist to Nasdaq, also allows for smoothest transition to full sec reporting.

Yes he outlined a timeline relatively recently on here or X. Basically Button closes here hopefully by Marh 31st. Then two to three months for Audit then uplist to OTCQX by September/October and finally Nasdaq and $4 per share share minimum by December 2025 is the current projected timeline.

Cade Carter sold at the very least 673,750 shares, because 5% of 45,525,000 is 2,276,250 and he had 2,950,000 shares (That or they forgot to add him back in the disclosure statement table of ownership, but I doubt it)

He bought all of them while the stock was in the Expert Market in November 2023, his average cost is ~0.0015$ (I have no idea how the heck he was able to acquire that many shares on those 2 days of Nov 2023 with such a low float, but he did)

He stopped being an affiliate in October 2024, and had to wait 3 months before being allowed to sell as much as he wants under rule 144 (so mid-Jan 2025)

There isn't anyone else that had close to that many shares, after the Shares Cancellation by the Court in June 2024 (and not counting Belisarian itself or the post-merger individuals)

I'm at a loss as to why this retail legacy doesn't hit up Cohen today. Anyone can reach him. He replies like within minutes on Instagram. It's like he's wearing one of Elons neurolynk chips in his brain to get an instant notification. Super human accessibility.

This legacy guy is unknown. He shows as an E-trade guy. And I assume they watch his block of shares. Every time this kisses .20+, it must reduce or they wouldnt give a flip.

Ya that is a good point but going off Cohen saying he is almost out of his position and looking at the selling volume I am hopeful that he is just about done with the shares he has. Depending on what his cost basis was back when he bought it though who knows, he may just be breaking even.

I suppose since outstanding shares went up to 45,525,000 he might not have sold that many yet. 5% now is 2,276,250 so maybe he only sold about 700,000 so far.

If it’s Cade Carter, he had 2,950,000 as of the Q1 filing but has dropped off with the Q2 filing. So he sold over 1 million since the end of November 2024. Not a bad payday for him.

If they haven't run out they will eventually. They keep selling and Cohen keeps buying and eventually the price will reflect with such a low float. The higher the volume the more Cohen buys the faster the float gets locked up. 
One day we'll be watching a parabolic move in my opinion.

No idea, and I don't think Cohen can give us an explicit number because of certain regulations. The guy no longer holds enough shares to be on the Q report and I can't recall what % he was under now that Cohen stated but he did say he was alomst out of his position. I just hope he is out entirely before Button so that we can actually run on that news instead of being constantly stifled by giant dumps every day.

I have a feeling our legacy holder on both AZRH and ZHUD just dumped another big chunk of shares on both today.

I thought the rule was they could not "slap the ask" but could purchase at the most recent transacted price. So like 100k shares are sitting at 15 cents and someone buys 5k of them. There are still 95k available at 15 cents and it was the most recent transacted price so they can execute a purchase at that share price. Either way we have all of a sudden ehre had a big hunk of shares transact at .158 in the last hour or so but Ihub shows them all as sells. Like 110k shares are sold as of what I can see right now.

they are not allowed to buy the ask as that would be considered manipulation, so yes all buy back shares will be on the bid side AZRH

Not sure, Ihub shows the .158's as two block sells of 40k and 29k respectively. I suppose every "sell" is also a "buy" though but I would think that shares being removed from the float would have to show up as a buy. Idk how ihub really determines it one way or another though.
