On January 18, 2023, iRadimed Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2022, and 2023 guidance. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
