      Anything being done about it. AXXA has not really addressed this with shareholders. Everything happening for the last year and a half appears exactly opposite of what AXXA INFO says.

      AXXA announces Share buyback - Share structure of AXXA goes up almost 1.5 BILLION SHARES!
      AXXA wants to build Shareholder value: Price has plummeted for the last year and a half (maybe more)
      AXXA going to audit everything (hasn't happened yet)
      AXXA announces some dividend (Where is it).
      AXXA announces debt reduction yet makes huge purchase to go in debt on the purchase.
      Rumors abound about AXXA selling CD's (appears to be in line with what is going on here?

      Something here is wrong and someone needs to start EXPLAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I have texted both of you entities several times over the last year and not one iota has been sent to shareholders about what is going on.

      "Exxe management is working to prepare the yearly audits at the corporate-parent level for the year end March 31, 2025.
      The Company approved providing financial statements for the first three Quarters including the current Quarter ending December 31, 2024 to the Auditor. The last Quarter for yearly audit will be provided to the Auditors when Exxe completes financial disclosures for March 31, 2025.
