When will toxic conversions stop
source
$AXXA
______
Small cap and microcap companies with little or no earnings rely on borrowing and dilution to keep running. Most OTC pink sheet stocks are shells with registrations, filings, some pre-existing debt and a pink current condition slapped on but no income source or scant sources of maintenance. They spend the majority of their time seeking partnerships, unique market niches or merger agreements to publicize that don't materialize, but without revenues from ongoing operations they have no choice but to borrow at exorbitant rates and continue issuing shares to satisfy redemptions or pay lawyers and accountants to stay in business. If they continue to offer deeply discounted debt notes for sale at high conversion rates in order to survive, shareholders will experience declining stake in the company or capital losses commensurate with sharply diminished share price,
When will AXXA finally taper off its borrowing from toxic lenders? When the conversions have resulted in no shareholders left...

Nice
Is this reversal due to the beginning of a buyback?

More shares for the misbegotten
$AXXA
_______
Did a bunch of little guys out there suddenly become so enamored of $AXXA's many illustrious qualities today to spontaneously jump into the OTC/BB and push the BUY button? Enough to buy 46.567MM
shares (5 X average volume) in 3 hrs?
Hardly.
Recall June 3, 2024 when AXXA tweeted something just as silly and stupidly unlikely to happen as they did today. Just to distract, generate some buzz, and unload a horrendous dilution flood. The result:
61,000,000 dumped into the float in 13 trading hrs. The usual pink sheet ticker scurrilousness, deviousness and duplicity we've come to expect out of these creeps who give child molesters a good name.
Every tweet contains the suggestion that they've somehow reformed themselves, but never subsequently demonstrating that they have. Every pledge a promise of something that we know won't happen and can't happen (because the company is broke but won't admit it).

Highly excited AXXA management
$AXXA
_____________
Good to hear something from AXXA today. Almost all solutions to managing/reducing this crippling debt are extraordinarily harmful to shareholders except one --- liquidating assets. For unknown reasons, this has been a struggle for the company to accept.
By the way, with almost 12 milly AXXA shares here -- most in small lots -- I'm running out of file room space here to organize, store, reference and catalogue AXXA announcements. The bride won't allow me any more file cabinets for past AXXA Group Q reports, news clippings, press releases, or most importantly, AXXA long ago pledges and tweets vowing to audit or enhance shareholder value.
With the valuable information we received this morning, where would you guys normally store something like today's tweet? For possible retrieval later?
Suggestions?

Just what Louinjaxxx feared most, a happy, fluffy tweet when he was trying to hold
AXXA back (until he got that $900 together for a milly grubstake @ $0.0009). Too late now. Cat's out of the bag. Even worse, he just smoked a new pair of dogs holding AXXA back.

"Over the coming quarters, we plan to audit our companies in concert with restructuring the Companyβs debt in a favorable manner, whereby we will replace costlier debt financing with less expensive, favorable financing. Importantly, we will continue to acquire and consolidate controlling ownership of assets and minimize the expense impact on our P&L while providing a very positive impact on our balance sheet. These events will be reflected in our financial statements. With more than a dozen LOIs in the pipeline, we anticipate representing and leading sustainable companies worth as much as $250 million by the end of our fiscal year. A meaningful increase in assets and revenue generation is expected to occur beginning in 2020, as we rapidly integrate the varying units."
Jaysus, did they really say that!?. "Yep, they sure did, Jethro. But y'know son, that w-a-s 5 years ago. Don't mean much now."
I guess if you have trouble auditing just 1 dormant subsidiary in 5 years, you'll have better luck by auditing 28 simultaneously. AXXA just trying to pour new wine in old bottles, or maybe put a fresh coat of wax on a rusted old jalopy to make it look like pristine, showroom condition.

That seems to be a common response you use, possibly fishing 🐠 for information. I'm a shareholder, and a bagholder 🛍️ like yourself.
I have clear eyes about this holding, and find AXXA stock to be an excellent vehicle for shareholder financial destruction. 💸 More of that to come as they convert 🔂 billions more shares, and multiple dimes becomes unrealistic - it's a nice dream 💭 to think we'd get our money back though, keep the faith 📿🛐
