Deutsche Bank Nominates Volkswagen CFO for Election to Supervisory Board

Deutsche Bank AG said Thursday that it has nominated Volkswagen
AG's Chief Financial Officer Frank Witter for election to Deutsche
Bank's supervisory board.
The German bank said its supervisory board would submit a
proposal at the annual general meeting on May 27 for Mr. Witter to
succeed Gerd Alexander Schuetz, who will resign from his mandate on
the board.
"We are delighted to be able to nominate Frank Witter, a proven
financial expert and a representative of a leading German
industrial firm, for election to the supervisory board,"
Supervisory Board Chairman Paul Achleitner said.
