Jake P. Noch months ago said he would be filing a "friendly" lawsuit against the TA to get the books but never did. There would be a record of it and it doesn't exist. If the TA was going to hand over the books, Jake would have posted it immediately (he's desperate for any good news with congress looking at his stock with a magnifying glass and with his stocks tanking with little to no volume). The TA most likely has solid legal reasons not to give the books to a documented scammer like Jake P. Noch.
