                      Spring awarded outsourcing contract
           to provide RM plc with permanent recruitment requirements

Spring Group plc (SRG.L), the UK's largest IT staffing and workforce management
company, announces that it has been awarded a significant outsourcing contract
to provide RM plc, the leading supplier of software, services and systems to the
UK education sector, with its permanent recruitment requirements.

Employing over 1200 staff in the UK, RM's objective was to outsource its
recruitment process to a partner with the expertise and experience to manage
large-scale resourcing across all areas of its organisation, allowing RM to
continue to focus on the continued growth and development of its core business.

The recruitment process outsourcing contract has been awarded to Hy-phen,
Spring's workforce management solutions and recruitment outsourcing business, to
provide a managed service for permanent recruitment across RM's IT, finance,
clerical, marketing, legal, HR, customer services, operations and sales
functions. Hy-phen will also run a recruitment campaign for RM's new graduate
intake programme.

organisations. By understanding its clients' culture and strategic objectives,
Hy-phen is able to apply its recruitment expertise to develop a tailored service
for its clients and provide staff in all disciplines and at all levels. Hy-phen
provides centralised control, visibility and management information across all
of its clients' recruitment expenditure and categories of recruitment resulting
in improved hiring quality, reduced time and cost per hire, and compliance with
employment and data protection regulations.
