Oslo, December 14, 2017: Scatec Solar ASA ('SSO')
held an extraordinary general meeting on 14 December at 09:00
(CET). A total of 48,409,065 shares, representing 46.91 % of the
share capital was represented at the extraordinary general
meeting.
The extraordinary general meeting resolved the
board's proposal of electing a new member of the Board of
