CSC Wins DHS IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security Task Order

FALLS CHURCH, Va., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- CSC (NYSE:CSC) announced
today that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) awarded
the company a task order to provide information technology
infrastructure and cyber support to the National Protection and
Programs Directorate's Office of Cyber Security and Communications.
The task order was awarded under the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway
for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) contract, originally awarded to

terms of the new task order, CSC will provide program management
and system integration services to the Office of Cyber Security and
Communications. In addition, the company will design and build an
expanded watch floor that will integrate national security
capabilities from the U.S. Computer Emergency Response Team (US
CERT) and the National Coordinating Center of the National
Communications System. The watch floor is an environment to help
decision-makers and operators monitor and respond to homeland
security incidents, bringing together a wide range of cyber, and
emergency preparedness and response expertise. "CSC recognizes
