The problem usually is when the company runs out of money or time and then makes the wrong decisions.
That doesn't mean they started out with intentions of ripping people off, but possibly over time and as things begin to fall apart the company or the CEO go into survival mode to stay alive hoping for one last chance but never get there, selling shares to pay the bills.

I'm good, I don't usually entertain a lack of transparency on these boards. I share everything I find whether it is good or bad! 

I had been optimistic in this company initially as a holder of LPHM shares. It didn't take me too long to figure out Ronn "Maxwell" Ford was a serial failure. In addition, my other research into the adventures of John and Chad, turned me off here for the remainder of this tickers existence. 

I do not hold a single share of RONN, haven't for a long time now. I did not take part in the last run to copper purposely because I'm not a fan of leaving bagholders in the wind like this management.

I have not found any connection between Tobique and the German/Korean/Canadian groups. I've seen where other First Nation tribes are connected, but not Tobique. If you want to prove me wrong by sharing something here feel free. I think their Wind Power deal will help them out, since it seems to me they make most of their funds of some old gas stations and a very small fishing industry.
