I got the shares at the bid price. How does that happen? I expected a price halfway between the bid and the ask.

If the MM's are only here to make a market why would they care what the price is? They obviously do care.
They would not care about price unless they had a position.

They took F&F on a ride from $2 (cost of one Preferred share) down to now ~$.80 (loss of ~$1.20 per Preferred share).
What kind of ride have common shareholders been on? Take a look at the 6-year ride from 2019-2025 for common shareholders.

We have climbed the hill 3 times in 6 years, but only one time did MVNT climb over $.04 ...

They definitely give a shit. It's a matter of WHO they give a shit FOR... it ain't us. But they will have to take us along on the ride even if they don't want to.

don, you have every right to do whatever you want with your money.
But don't assume I am doing anything in particular with MVNT. In fact, I haven't bought a single share of MVNT in 2025.
And I plan to continue my buyer's strike until I hear something, anything of a positive nature from Linh/MVNT. Unfortunately, I don't expect to hear anything positive for the rest of FY 2025.

Is there a future for MVNT? This is the question shareholders should be pondering.

In that regard, I ask shareholders this question. Do you expect any material financial news before the next Annual report is due?
My "guess" is NO. Why would MVNT submit any kind of financial report without any revenues? Q1 and Q2 are both long over with and so far, no reports or anything concerning those quarters has been communicated to shareholders. Does anyone really believe MVNT/HAV has had any revenues at all during those first 2 quarters of 2025? Furthermore, does anyone expect any revenues at all for MVNT/HAV in 2025? At this point it doesn't seem likely to me.

If anyone on the board has a contrary opinion, please explain how and why you think HAV will realize any significant revenues in FY 2025 from making and selling valves. I just don't see how anyone can go on believing that something will happen before the end of FY 2025 that will dramatically improve the survvival chances of MVNT other than a totally unexpected acquisition.

To be completely honest, I'm hoping one of the 4 things listed below happen to MVNT before I die.
The order is from least likely to most likely in my opinion:
1) Some company decides to acquire/merge with MVNT (most unlikely imo - lol).
2) MVNT declares bankruptcy and share price drops to trips.
3) Linh decides to take MVNT private and offers to buy all outstanding shares for some "reasonable" buyout price (current book value is negative $1.5M).
4) Linh finally decides to acquire 1 or 2 other companies.

Until one of the above happens, I will quietly bide my time.

The bid at .0072 keeps getting refilled after getting bid whacked are those bids anyone from here? Chemist I feel like that iif there in over the head sell the company to someone who can make something of it

Some folks don't seem to have the same sense of profound disappointment with MVNT that I do.

Here is how I was "conned" into buying MVNT shares back in 2019 to 2022.

Mr. Nguyen first promised at least 3 entities would be acquired by MVNT. Then it became 5 entities. And finally in one PR it was mentioned that MVNT would "possibly" acquire 10 entities!

In a nutshell that is mainly how I was conned into buying and holding MVNT. I'm not even going to talk about some of the other "carrots" that Linh dangled in front of shareholders, like an uplist to OTCQB, PCAOB certified audits, and a new round of Preferred shares at $10/share, equivalent to a common share price of $.10.

What a con game Linh has played!!

Market value went up to almost .12 based on their pr’s announcements…if you bought the stock at the high end based on what they were selling, then you would have a huge loss because they never followed through on anything to maintain/increase that value..

A CON game....LMAO....what did they Con us out of ? NO REAL DILUTION/NO PUMPING they've gained NOTHING from us nothing. 

Really doesn't matter what is going on unless it concerns an acquisition or merger.

MVNT equals HAV only. And HAV sold ZERO valves in the last 6 months of FY2024.
And as far as we know, HAV also sold ZERO valves in the first 6 months of FY 2025.

We have heard of NOTHING material happening since the release of Q2 2024 results for Oct. 2023 to Dec. 2023.

I shouldn't say we haven't heard anything. Because there were a few tweets in 2024 refering to business being done by some entity likely "related" to HAV (like Velocity Manufacturing) but NOTHING specifically related to selling HAV valves or anything else that HAV produces and sells.

It's all a con game right now imho.
