There is always the possibility for sure. Like I been saying, I still think a deal is working. Is it done or going to be done soon ??? ..... dunno. Trying to predict it's timing is a fool's game which we have seen repeatedly with the "opinions" expressed here as is the predictions of stock price.

I was encouraged seeing the FDEP work progressing along ... albeit delayed by hurricanes ..... it's on the last step of the SOW ..... and even encouraged by seeing some updates/mods to the mortgage and land documentation. One could argue that steps are being taken to make sure the company can get approval to develop the land .... and someone is/has been going over the parcel specifics and making sure their is a finer point on all the details of the land and it's right. Quite honestly when I looked at the history of those parcels and all the strings attached to them, it wasn't really a surprise that it was going to take a while for someone working the title and all the stings was gonna need some time.

It would certainly be good for CBRF to close this deal ..... now would certainly be a good time. Shareholders have been waiting for ... well .... far too long. This stock needs eyes and absolutely much more transparency. Had hoped to see 1 or more "additive" deals over the last couple months that might at least give investors something to chew on but even that hasn't happened.

And here we are.

General,

The main property that prior held the BP Oil structures (underground storage bunkers) etc .... is the only parcel of land that I know of that is under the FDEP scope. An aerial type view of the parcel is included in the FDEP docs with specific sites on the parcel "pinned" to show where specific issues had been assessed previous. It is the main parcel that you see in the video animation of what might be a future terminal setup.

To be clear the third phase of FDEP SOW is DUE by May, not "starting" May. I would anticipate that work is happening now or shortly.

There isn't really any way to tell what happens for the remainder of 2025 until and assuming a partner comes onboard with CBRF ...... and it is understood what the actual deal is. I would certainly expect a partner presumably already has the resources and "know how" to build a terminal. As I've stated numerous times, it about what I get as a CRBF shareholder out of it and what has to be done from a CBRF perspective. Which could be any number of things. But I really wouldn't expect anything "immediate" as it relates to building anything until FDEP is comfortable with the property being redeveloped. Cause any digging and construction could stir up contaminants. As long as that is understood and within acceptable limits than construction can occur.

Pretty sad that the bullish case for CRBF is posting "off topic" news of other companies that have nothing to do with CBRF. CBRF isn't in the methanol or green hydrogen business. Doesn't offer a fuel of any type via any outlet. The bullish case rests on mgmt's ability to parlay the Lorton land deal (and presumably the additive) into something more ..... preferably anything that brings in competent partners.
