Legally, they cannot wait to announce news that could greatly impact shareholders and pps. So did the Germans visit amount to anything? if so - we need to hear about it (in PRs). Any signed contracts? We need to hear about them - name and revenue. Otherwise, as others have said - a president's message means SQUAT. Nothing contractual, nothing real at all - no news to put in a PR. "we are about to" can get a president in trouble.

I checked with the odds makers in Vegas and they say mid December is a safe bet for the next update. A PR is still way off.

The disconnect between management and the shareholders is the real reason the stock has come to a grinding halt. No communication of any kind, no update on talks with Mabanaft, No contract announcements. So I recommend we all go out and buy some oregano and pray that by Christmas the stock will organically go to 20 dollars. those updates are as useful as boobs on a bull....every time one comes out, the stock drops.....maybe that might be because all they keep on saying is the worn out phrase " we hope to" and the can gets kicked down this " long and winding road"

Dangriff, Maybe you can file a complaint with the company, LOL We all want PR's and a buildout, problem is it doesn't matter what the shareholders want, so we settle for what we can get and if that means a Thanksgiving update that sheds light on where we are with the JV partnership and some sort of timeline then I say we take it! Lawrence would be wise to put out an update for Thanksgiving ! You know something well written and easy to understand on where this company is in signing a JV partner.

We technically own the land but the seller is holding the mortgage of 25 Million. And we still haven't paid the balloon payment. They could call the loan in and take back the property. 

So we are still very vulnerable.

Anyway, that talk of others is all for naught as I believe very strongly that Mabanaft will be our partner.

It’s not like they’re waiting, as in putting their other business on hold or anything…we are talking about other multi billion dollar companies eyeing the land at port of Tampa for their own means, (who would be a good fit for CBRF)…in addition to what they’ve got going.

Dangriff, The land all 72 acres is beyond valuable and will play out big and maybe sooner than we think. If Lawrence and Mills had a clue a nice Thanksgiving update would go a long way ! The Land if you build it they will come !!! Hang in there.

I have to believe that no one is waiting, since there is no pressure on any of the potential partners to sign. If someone was waiting, they would be brought up as leverage in any potential deals. However, I doubt there is a dangling carrot, or a stick.... Again, nearly a FULL YEAR since land closing. and even then - supposedly all these big companies who couldn't wait to work with CBRF. well, they have waited, and continue to wait. And we are stuck on the sidelines....
Perhaps indefinitely.

And as far as where are the other contracts, for additives and such, I believe they are waiting for this first domino to fall…probably because we’ll need lots of cash on hand to FILL these contracts…takes money to make money department…

Lots of fancy articles about futuristic gases and what not,100 % done deals and contracts and yet same pps as four years ago.Mabanaft came and went and the price per share went down. Unfortunately, no one on this board can take us where we want to go! Social media presence non existent, company updates nonexistent. Lawrence and Mills have failed at keeping a positive front. The choice is to move on or sit and wait and wait and wait! Dynamo contracts after all these years not one announced contract. How about an update for the holidays or a PR announcement. Almost forgot this is Cyber Fuels were talking about.

I’m of the belief that the longer it takes, less chance anything ever happens. I do remember many voices saying as soon as land closes, many contracts are lined up to take advantage of the new land purchase. That was almost a year ago. Obviously those voices were wrong.
Then of course there was the additive set of contracts all lined up and ready to go. Where did all those trucking tower and other conglomerate contracts go? Dead as well…?
At the point in time, in almost to the point I wish I never heard of cyberfuels.

If the Germans bow out, there’s no chance another company is waiting in the wings to do any work with us for at least another year. And the longer nothing happens, the more other companies think we are cancerous or some other horrible disease no one wants to touch.

On the contrary…I am very encouraged that dshade is still posting and is as enthusiastic as ever…and I don’t need to explain further. He is providing very useful DD. His only problem is predicting timelines for events and short term PPS…that we can do without.
