                               Trading Statement


Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, today issues the following trading
update in advance of the announcement of its interim results for the six months
ended 30 September 2006.

In the first six months the Group has delivered significant growth and traded in
line with expectations.  We have successfully integrated the four large
acquisitions made last year.

Overall we are very pleased with the Group's performance and Vp remains well
positioned to deliver another year of progress.
