Man I sure miss those reading between the lines comments and things that were going to happen SOON. Where did all those savvy investors go? Those were the comedy years. 

Ken is not benefitting from the SP being so low, if he was diluting I would lean towards this being a scam. KT just hasn't managed to get a break. Hard work always pays off, hoping he is able to pull something together soon.

So now it's all about blockchain and AI? While they mentioned that years ago, that was just an afterthought. Now that is all they have? Yet, while they wait for the SEC (Ken makes it sound like he talks to them personally), 5,300 different tokens are established every single day (not an exaggeration). Why does WDLF have to wait for the SEC to issue tokens for all these tbi companies?
I should have listened to my gut. While there has been zero dilution, the daily buys/sells in 2022, 2023, and 2024 when I was watching it by the minute, sure "felt" and "looked" like dilution.
Lastly, the websites of all the tbi's. Yes, they all looked the same, no problem there. But the videos are mostly just linked to youtube videos it appeared. And the website stores had only off brand (at least from my perspective in the US), and a very small selection of goods one could purchase. I'm surprised that they still pay WDLF money every quarter, without showing growth these many years later.
I digress...
Blockchain is so far integrated, WDLF would just be a parasite attached to the major companies. And AI...lol...little 'ol wdlf is going to compete with ChatGPT and Grok? Grok probably advances more every hour than WDLF will ever accomplish over it's lifespan.
Harsh, yes, but harsh is what eventually comes when years of loses finally come to fruition.

Ken has never really addressed publicly much about the merging of the two TBIs with CFSU. I think this move was worth some further explanation especially since that was their core strategy for YEARS. Today he verified the "liquidity event" was rolling these two BS website companies into a shell company on the OTC. Ken is the ultimate spin master. Funny how he calls WDLF an "expert" at tokenization. This whole thing is such a charade. Ken has now reduced himself to doing a 20 minute podcast every quarter as he pursues his other job. 

Go to YouTube and search WDLF podcast and you should find it. 

Where was the podcast ? I obviously missed this Academy award performance Anyone with link or directions to the garbage Ken Scam show ?

The podcast just verified what many of us have known for years. Ken is a fraud. No further discussion needed.

shorting sub penny stock, specially, stocks like WDLF sitting at 0.0003, most brokers won't allow it, meaning it's extremely risky even they do, there are two choices. stock goes down to 0.00002 or 0.0001 with no bid and ask. or stock goes up to 0.001 level or above, even penny. you are screwed either way

Maybe the company or its mismanagement team will be coming out of hiding soon to provide an update on what they've been doing for the past few years to increase shareholder value.

He finally threw in the towel once he realized the " liquidity event" was rolling the TBIs into CSFU. Ken has moved on. And so has cow boy other than clarifying what EST means.

It appears that the WDLF IR team on that site corrected the May 16 date to now May 19th.
So it is now documented correctly in both spots for the 19th. Glad to see they can at least fix that.

when is the date of the supposed podcast ?

I have been checking the IR site on and off and nothing really new has been posted the past two months, silence overall. The IR team did post that a podcast was coming, but it had two different dates for the same podcast. The IR team couldn't even get a correct post done, let alone run a company. But since then, someone questioned when the correct date of podcast will be. WDLF appeared to make the corrected date of May 19th.
All for nothing in my opinion, podcast will be nothing more than fluff, as like all the other.

If the past is any indication of the future then it will be a nothing burger. Totally agree. Hey WC, Ken kicked me out of his investor club a long time ago. Is there information that has been shared there of any interest. 

Correction, my dear JuicePigs. Maybe I'm fixated on semantics, but material news CAN be announced in a podcast (happens often) but shouldn't occur due to potential future legal implications. Remember the reverse/split $0.05 pump that Ken and Todd did quite a while ago? They simply made Todd disappear, Ken disappear, Leslie disappear, and even the almighty L45 disappeared. No podcasts since then. Connect the dots, people.

Unfortunately, you are correct. Material news cannot be announced in a podcast. Must be done in an 8k. After EVERY SINGLE podcast in the past, sp has gone down. I know "every single" is strong language but it's the truth.

Highly doubt that. It will just be another fluff podcast...
