I would agree somewhat.  However like you said, TPT was at ~950 mil OS back then with revenues of around $10mil a year IIRC.  So that needs to be factored in.  

However if they have opportunity to increase the current revenues (which is about $2-3 mil now and falling)... and its concrete... and / or they have some big contract ... that wooodbe favorable.  The other thing is the amount of debt currently is much higher than then.  If the debt is somehow rejiggered that would be another good sign.  

Remember they need positive shareholder equity.  Debt and revenue is what's needed.  

I still think a penny+ is realistic by end of year imo.

Won’t move till OTCN is done. After that we should be good. I’m just hoping this goes ballistic and they get proper funding and announce a buy back. Not likely but wishful thinking.

Y’all gave-the Ghana-news 3-days to jack-up price..then drop(no-dilution-nearly-1yr in-that-period).

just a quick calculation. we're currently sitting on a OS about 7x as much as when we got the Ghana news. we peaked around .06 with nothing really concrete at that time. if they need to do an equity raise of about 2-3 billion more to the OS, then we might be at a factor of 10x from the OS in 2021 relative to a hypothetical Q2/Q3 of 2025. if we're being hit with revenue generating opportunities that are more founded than the Ghana news, then I think its fair to say .01 is a realistic possibility. if there are some truly exciting revenue generating pieces then a nickel could be on the table even with 10x the OS we had in 2021. all IMO

Dude.  The S1 stated what they are doing. Equity raise.  Probably $750k worth.  Think of the amount of shares...  this is also why they are tooling around with some crazy RS idea 

All depends on how much interest here and if this goes up a little.  Maybe we won't see as much as a RS ratio.   IMO.

Yes they last PR he was able to explain what separate VuMe from other apps like TikTok and how it will drive users (and revenue) to VuMe. It was actually well crafted and I'm looking forward to more updates moving forward
