Board Changes

The Company confirms that Marcus Mills has tendered his resignation as Finance Director of the Company, with effect from the end of February 2016, a further announcement will be made to confirm the exact date of his departure.

Marcus has agreed to remain with the Company to oversee the audit of the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and to oversee the handover to a new Finance Director. The Company confirms it is commencing a recruitment process, and that a further announcement will be made in due course when a new appointment is made.

Commenting, Nicholas Braime, Chief Executive Officer of the Company said "The board would like to thank Marcus for his time as Finance Director and the significant contribution he has made and wish him all the best in the next stage of his career".
