I agree!  I see on the tape at 11:24 there was a sell at .0194 for 870k shares but honestly have seen buys recorded as sells in the past!  It's mostly accurate but not always depending on the order....  looks like someone made that effort already so I always say it's coming when I see trading action like that!  Grab a few more and hold on!  Going to be a good ticker for spring gains!!!

WOW!  100% buys in the day today!   I wouldn't be surprised if there was ask attack today to close this at or damn close to .02!  $ coming out of the big boards right now flowing into OTC!  The movement here on minimal daily volume is epic with a OS of 1B+   All signs that are tell tale to where this could be headed!!  I have been in and out of VDRM for YEARS and the accumulation here in recent months is something I haven't witnessed in the past!   Typical VDRM is a massive spike.... I like what I see and seems like others do as well!

I’m a very optimistic stakeholder. But I also am a realist. Don’t you think if there was a contract between any country that was going to get us millions of dollars in revenues, why wouldn’t this be PR before an annual report? A lot of you here are thinking Big numbers that may never come to fruition in the near term. I would love to see that since I am a large stockholder. I don’t think the end report is going to reveal any earth shattering news. JMO.

I agree with the second half of your statement, regarding a new $10M initial order from India would provide significant impetus for rapid share price appreciation, especially if bolstered by some forward guidance beyond that. However, the first half of the statement is still extremely unlikely by $1M or $3M, from the obfuscated “clues” in the 3Q24 report.

Otiko, retroactively and improperly, added text, in 3Q24 report, on new employment agreement, as of June 1, 2024, regarding new $250K/yr salary and (one-time, hopefully, and unmerited) bonus of 60% of gross sales (see Page F-15). He correspondingly increased Current liabilities/Due to related party by additional $1,216,177 for that bonus, whereas that line also included accrued compensation of $56,615. That bonus amount then implies gross sales of $2,026,962. That amount of sales makes absolutely no sense looking backward and, thus, must be forward looking and be based on Nigerian 500K unit sold, or, more likely, 1,000K, units sold. Of course, either way, this is highly improper accounting entry since the gross sales, substantiating the bonus amount, are nowhere to be found in 3Q24 report (not even shown as Balance Sheet Accounts Receivable). Thus, the most optimistic eventuality is $2.027M being from only 500K units, making the 2024 total $4.054M from Nigeria 1000K units + $0.6M for licensing + $0.001M for ongoing trickle, probably from Viaderma Licensing. However, a man, who brazenly and unethically grants himself, on 03/28/23, 100M shares with $2.79M fair market value (i.e., extra 22 times shares necessary and equating to extra 7.8% of outstanding common stock) instead of only 4.237M shares necessary to satisfy legitimate $0.118M debt, is, in no way, shape or form, going to under reward himself.

If the most optimistic eventuality turns out to be true, without any additional orders announced prior to, at or near the issue of 2024 Annual Report, the sentiment might very likely turn neutral, at best, or negative, because of $4.054M being more than offset by $2.338M to repay the new Loans Payable; the $1.216M liability for bonus; shipping costs; and cost of production, not to mention the ongoing cost of now 13 professionals, with no recorded, additional, tangible results for company and shareholders.

As always, I hope I am wrong and he comes through, finally, to the significant benefit of company and shareholders.
