$0.05 per share. This is the
fifteenth dividend in the last ten fiscal years. The dividend is
payable on September 19, 2014 to
shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 5, 2014.
Dividends are paid out of retained earnings. The Bonal
International board of directors will continue to evaluate the
Company's dividend policy on a quarterly basis.
