Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 2, 2023, Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the financial results of the Company for the three and six months ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
