Director Resignation

On July 29, 2024, Mary Tagliaferri, M.D., informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Enzo Biochem, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation as a member of the Board, effective August 6, 2024, to pursue other opportunities. In connection with her resignation, Dr. Tagliaferri is also resigning from all Board committees on which she serves.

The Board is grateful to Dr. Tagliaferri for her service and contributions to the Company, and wishes her well in her future endeavors. Dr. Tagliaferri’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.

The Company has commenced a search for a replacement director to fill the vacancy that will be created by Dr. Tagliaferri’s resignation.
