Anthem to Buy Home Health Benefits Manager myNEXUS

Anthem Inc. said Wednesday it would acquire home-health-benefits
manager myNEXUS Inc.
Health-benefits company Anthem said it would buy myNEXUS, a
home-based nursing management company for payors, from an investor
group led by WindRose Health Investors, a New York-based healthcare
private-equity firm. The company expects the deal to close in the
second quarter of 2021.
MyNEXUS will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anthem and
would join Anthem's Diversified Business Group.
Anthem didn't disclose the financial terms and said the
company's 2021 EPS guidance remains unchanged as a result of this
acquisition.
