Accenture PLC said it acquired Advoco, a systems integrator for Infor EAM software-as-a-service for enterprise asset management.

Professional services company Accenture said the deal expands its capabilities in the consumer goods & services, industrial, life sciences, transit and other industries. The company didn't disclose the terms of the acquisition.

The entire Advoco team is joining Accenture's Industry X group in the U.S.

Accenture shares were up 1.6% to $324.69.
