Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ: WASH),
today declared a quarterly dividend of 54
cents per share for the quarter ending December 31, 2021. This represents a two cent per share increase over the most recent
quarterly dividend rate and the eleventh consecutive year with a
dividend increase. The dividend will be paid January 7, 2022 to shareholders of record on
January 3, 2022.
