someone posted court doc here few posts down saying they are seeking to retire one billion shares from the defendant don't know if it was recently known or new, the date says september 9th though.

they said three to four weeks almost there should see something by eom if they follow through

Price is holding well. I still believe this is a 100x potential ticker if the management could be reached!!! This should gain a lot of popularity in Twitter, but its not.
