Not sure how long it will take for OTCM to approve their OTCIQ access. Not sure how much ModuLink is ‘worth’ either, haha (the quarterly report would be coming up). Their parent company Zenith is already an established company (facade contractor based in Hong Kong). I think it’s also notable that ModuLink is the authorized distributor (among other things) of GAC Energy’s EV supplies/charging technology (GAC Energy is owned by GAC Group which is a Fortune Global 500 company).

In a previous email I posted on this board (post #19621) the company said they “will issue press releases to keep our shareholders updating our business plan and performance on an ongoing basis.”

I get it but "crack head Ray" appears to have sold out. Just looking for something to discredit the current information available. All these OTC tickers are stinkers but some have the potential to move significantly. This one appears to be a new developing story. Having posted all this I am not comfortable speaking favorably about any of them. I once promoted a ticker with great revenue growth, zero convertible debt, solid management, to find that their revenue went to nearly noting in a single one quarter without any explanation from the company. They are all trash, just a matter of degree. But they can be flipped which is where the due diligence work makes it fun.

The whole operation was a dog pile fagazi. Everything the crack head Ray said was horse shit. A thief, indictable and prosecutable.. Thats all this was and is. .

Need more info there surge because I may be missing something. The company is OTC pink current which doesn't sound like much but lets face it traders of this Shite run up genuine trash that isn't. Looking at their annual released February 7th I see only two convertible notes outstanding totaling $122,124. One with an outstanding balance of for $44,625 and another for $77,499. I see several share issuances in July 2024 priced at $0.001 with another in October, same price. That they managed to get what looks to be decent terms for the $2.5 million credit line in December. Part of that is "Revenue-sharing arrangements" which tells me that this lender sees something worth investing in. The company is going through a change of control and I'm not keen on Chinese owned tickers, but with a relatively low share count this looks to be a sleeper at the moment with some real potential.

I'm bashing the he77 out of another right now with an OS in excess of 6 billion shares, a narrative that I have repeatedly discredited with the filings so they routinely are unable to tell the truth, OTC shell risk moniker, with a regulation A offering in place pending SEC qualification to pay several million dollars worth of reverse merger agreements trading at twice this ticker. Relatively speaking compared to many others this one appears to be significantly undervalued to me. 🤔 I am more than open to new information.
Careful here prospective buyer. The pumps to dumps is full on. Reverse split is next...after dilution.
The entire program has been one big fraudulent Ponzi.
