It is when they are still trying to hash out the deal. Business strategy is to not show your hand. All involved want the best deal they can put together.

Don't you see? You are asking for inside information. Answers at this point change the price at these levels. Of course, the downside is minimal with the upside unlimited.
Blagman has already gave us the clues that he is working on everything that we hope for.

Now, all we need to do wait for him to pull it off. His years of experience should give us all hope.

All we know is that they shots pilot. All that Jason paid for that I'm aware. I think the Rihyad version was Blagman in his own. But since Jason never communicates with shareholders who really knows.

Personally I think most are looking at this all wrong. We want answers. We want specifics.
When we get those things, it will be too late.
I am betting on what Blagman has said what they are trying to achieve. Past other shows have taken years to make happen.
When we see an announcement from MWWC tying Blagman to them with HAD, then the price will be much higher.
Or when we see HAD come out with no ties to MWWC, we'll know that Jason passed on Blagman.

Until then I will hold and drip into the stock with very good calculated odds of making money. No one else needs to agree with this philosophy.
We will see soon enough if I lost a pittance or I score big.

I can tell you that Rumble which was promoted by Blagman on several platforms was a complete non event. Gig was up after that fiasco. And not one word of explanation on any of his media sites. You ever ask him about that?

Did they film a complete season? Published accounts do not support that theory. The claimed to had filmed a pilot.

Some of us made it a no-brainer to hold by buying a lot of the 1's. I bought a lot of 2's because I think that is very good bet with limited downside.
I am confident that Blagman is working hard behind the scenes to make things happen between Jason and himself.
We won't know until after the stock goes up a lot before news is announced.
I believe this stock is a great play for 2025. We'll see soon enough.

Why would you do season two until you knew whether season one flipped. Then again this is Schlenk.

Better try talking to a rock! You will get further. There is no proof of any filming except for Instascam "reports." A season of shows would be an asset! But as I showed there is no accounting and there is no funding.

There is no proof that they have accomplished anything. All we see is recycled P/R's and Instascam "reports."
Now if one reads the financials we get a better picture.

Looking at their expenses we find they have negligible expenses. How could they have filmed a season? As for a second? That would be illogical without a broadcasting contract.

I hope some clown does not claim someone paid but the compamny does not show any assets?

Here is a little insight as to what we should have seen at least in a P/R if not in the financials if they in fact filmed a pilot. (Please note if they posessed a pilot, would it not be an asset and need to be accounted for? )

So if nothing happens either the CEO is leading Blagman on or Blagman couldn't pull everything off.

I am counting on that Blagman has been around the block enough where either of those 2 things aren't going to happen. He dealt with enough people to spot a phony and has done enough deals to pull this off.

Sadly, the SEC rarely steps in unless there are blatant provable issues. Here we have a bunch of BS pumping and nonsense photos. Ones I have seen shut down(I helped!) involved massive share dumping by insiders with hyper inflated valuations with tons of false P/R's and even 8K filings.. This is basically a nothing burger.

Approaching two years of absolutely nothing but some stupid photos and misleading statements from Blagman to deceive investors. Sec has been notified, when will they halt this scam.

Not being in LA, I can only take a look at the news and maps and it seems it has survived. I have not heard on the news about anything in the city getting hit.
