2023 Sustainability Report, highlighting the Company’s continued contribution to the communities we serve and the Company’s
sustainability achievements towards generating a positive impact from gaming for all our stakeholders.

and robust corporate governance. The report introduces updates to the GDEV Sustainability Strategy, including the Games for Good Philosophy

Commitment to environmental stewardship is a core long-term goal for
GDEV and its studios. We are dedicated to achieving high energy effciency
and implementing diverse solutions to reduce energy consumption.
Additionally, we adhere to best practices in waste segregation, recycling, and
minimizing our environmental impact. As a gaming company, GDEV also
actively champions environmental causes through our games, participating in
global events to raise awareness and drive positive change.

employees’ compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
on bribery, copyrights, information privacy, insider
trading, competition and antitrust prohibitions,
