Ageas reports on the progress of share buy-back programme

Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 7 August 2019, Ageas reports the purchase of 60,000 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 04-11-2019 until 08-11-2019.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 19 August 2019, Ageas has bought back 786,792 shares for a total amount of EUR 39,470,237. This corresponds to 0.40% of the total shares outstanding.
