Its obvious that my one prediction is coming true. That Humble will have the most posts. It truly is sad that it has come to this with JB.
It doesn't much matter anymore as shares are being sold at .000001. That virtually is just a few dollars now. JB won't keep the stock alive for peanuts.
The end is probably near as we close in on the fiscal year end reports due by Feb 15th. When those fail to show up, then we will see EM and the current pink status will be gone.

It looks like by the end of the day, they might have put another $600 into their pockets. Not many of us are making $600 a day from their day jobs. But JB seems to pull in hundreds or more a day.

The stall is still on from the company. Why would they say anything when they can keep getting people to buy? And then Humble covers up our warnings.

The otc has been updated.  No change.

He did say news is coming in 2025. Hopefully sooner rather then later. I'm not holding my breath.  Looks like another no volume day today.    I have not looked lately, has the otc updated? 

I'm just doing my best to make sure that the insiders like JB aren't the only ones making money. If he is only doing this to sell shares with no intentions of actually accomplishing anything with the company or stock. Then he needs to be exposed so unsuspecting people don't buy any shares.
If he is legit and is going to pull something together, then all of this is a moot point. So this negativity towards UBQU we talk about should not matter.
But with Humble and what has transpired in the recent months and JB's silence seem to indicate the negativity is true.

We all hope we are wrong, but the track record speaks for itself. IMO

Yeah, he can take the old Canazell closed down releases, change the name to Innovative Outcomes, and poof, all done.  

Repurpose, recycle than reuse... 

Not when both are saying IO is a “wholly owned subsidiary of UBQU.” If that isn’t the case, and UBQU used the IO financials in an attempt to manipulate the stock price - I’m pretty sure would be considered fraud - at least at some level.

Can't they say IO went out of business an close the books and release a statement that JB is looking for another company to takeover. 

He's not going to get any message. Here is my take on what's going on...UBQU did press releases stating the company had acquired IO. IO piggy-backed on those press releases and did their own press release. KL and UBQU put KL on a podcast/blog/call putting all the info out there on the acquisition, etc. IO put it on their website (and it's still there even though the business is not operating) as a wholly owned subsidiary of UBQU. Social media states the same information.

The assumption has to be, the acquisition was nothing more than an LOI - no SEC reporting, other than UBQU using IO financials to try and increase stock price and interest - which had minimal impact at best.

Now, both KL and JB are trying to figure out how to get out of this mess without the appearance of fraud, falsehoods, cooked books, etc. - which will be difficult for both sides. If it wasn't, one or the other, or both, would have severed the relationship.

So, they're trying to figure out how to navigate out of this without exposure. Personally, I don't think there is a way. Especially given the past sins of Paul Benz.

Of course, this is just speculation on my part.

Maybe JB will get the message now.  His pay day is over unless he does something for the shareholders
