Orbital ATK Shareholders Vote to Approve Acquisition by Northrop Grumman

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) is pleased that the
shareholders of Orbital ATK (NYSE:OA) have approved the company’s
proposed acquisition of Orbital ATK.
