- All I get is a blank, grey screen and no stocks. What do I do?

- If you failed the first step it is probably because JAVA is disabled. To enable JAVA, follow these steps:
For Microsoft IE:
go to TOOLS
select INTERNET OPTIONS
select SECURITY
select CUSTOM LEVELS
go to JAVA PERMISSIONS
select HIGH SECURITY
- If you failed the second test and are trying to access the streaming from a place of work then you are probably behind a firewall. click here for your options.
If you failed the second test and are using Windows 98 with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or above from home or are not behind a firewall then please email click here.
- I've done that but the first part of the compatibility test did not work. Now what?
If on the first test you got a white box with a little "X" in one corner then you are not set up for java.
Go to: http://www.microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm40.htm
& download the Microsoft VM build 3802 for windows 95/98, windows me and windows NT 4.0
This will allow your machine to run Java.
Once this file is downloaded, please remember to install it.
Ok, I've now got streaming and it works fine, but I keep on getting kicked off.
