Error message: Connection error/class base not found

   Compatibility test fails
   I've done that but the first part of the compatibility test did not work. Now what?
   
   If you failed the first step it is probably because JAVA is either disabled or not setup on your system.
   
   If on the first test you got a white box with a little "X" in one corner then you are not set up for java.

   Once this file is downloaded, please remember to install it.

   go to TOOLS
   select INTERNET OPTIONS
   select SECURITY
   select CUSTOM LEVELS
   go to JAVA PERMISSIONS
   select HIGH SECURITY
