Blank grey screen and no stocksAll I get is a blank, grey screen and no stocks. What do I do?
- If this happens, try pressing CTRL + F5 at the same time, if this doesn't help, close all your browsers and re-open them.
- Try clearing your browser's cache/temporary internet files.

Compatibility test fails
I've done that but the first part of the compatibility test did not work. Now what?
If you failed the first step it is probably because JAVA is either disabled or not setup on your system.
If on the first test you got a white box with a little "X" in one corner then you are not set up for java.

Once this file is downloaded, please remember to install it.

For Microsoft IE:
go to TOOLS
select INTERNET OPTIONS
select SECURITY
select CUSTOM LEVELS
go to JAVA PERMISSIONS
select HIGH SECURITY
