Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
Wynnstay (EPIC: WSP.L) is pleased to announce that at its Extraordinary General 
Meeting held earlier today the resolutions relating to a general authority from 
shareholders to purchase in the market up to 473,291 ordinary shares in the 
Company, representing approximately 15 per cent. of the Company's issued share 
capital, and the approval of the grant of the waiver by the Panel on Takeovers 
and Mergers relating to such authority, were duly passed.
