                    Wynnstay Properties PLC (the "Company")

                           Result of AGM Resolutions

                              Directorate Changes

All resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Wynnstay Properties
PLC held today were duly passed.

As foreshadowed at the interim stage last November and confirmed in the Report
of the Directors issued to shareholders earlier this month, Peter Kirkland
retired today as the Company's Finance Director and will relinquish the role of
Company Secretary on 3 August 2007, when he will be succeeded in both these
roles by Toby Parker.

Toby, aged 52, is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with Moore Stephens.
Since qualifying, he has held various senior financial and commercial positions
in both public and private companies in the UK and abroad.  He has gained
extensive experience advising, and working for, small and medium-sized
businesses in a diverse range of manufacturing, retail, leisure, shipping and
service sectors.

Toby James Carson Parker has the following directorships:

Highwood Consultants Limited

Receiverships, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations and Administrations

H.M.G. Investments Limited, a venture capital business that went into business
administration in 1990 of which Mr. Parker was a director at the time.


There are no other details required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of
Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
