                            Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 1 December 2006 that on that date Mr. Charles
Delevingne, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 400 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Delevingne has a beneficial interest in 5,000
ordinary shares, representing 0.16 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
