Total Systems plc

The issuer has made the following amendment to the "Notification of transactions
of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons
" announcement released yesterday at 15:02 under RNS number 5725Q. The
disclosure in section 15 relating to the total holding and percentage following
notification should read 17,210 ordinary shares representing 0.164% and not
13,500 ordinary shares representing 0.128% as previously shown. All other
details remain unchanged.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

This form is intended for use by an issuer to make a RIS notification required
by DR 3.1.4R(1).
