Totally announces contract renewals
valued at c. £30 million
Totally plc (AIM: TLY), a leading
provider of frontline healthcare services, corporate fitness
and wellbeing services across the UK and Ireland, is
delighted to announce two contract renewals for the delivery of
urgent care services.
The first contract, for the delivery of General
Practice out-of-Hours ("GPOOH") services in the North East of
England, has been awarded following a formal retender of existing
business. Totally has been providing GPOOH in the region for more
than 20 years. The service will commence on the 1 June 2025
for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further
20 months. The contract value per annum is c.£4 million, totalling
c. £26 million over the full term of the contract (including the
option extension period).
A further contract, for the delivery of 111 and
999 support for an Ambulance Trust in the North, was also awarded
following formal tender. Totally has been providing CAS/111
services to the Trust for c. four years and has recently run an
extended pilot to test a model for supporting 999 services through
CAS intervention on category 3, 4 and 5 calls. The contract
runs for two years from 1 April 2025 valued at c. £1.5 million per
annum, with an option to extend for a further year, at a total
value of c. £4 million over the full term of the contract
(including the option extension period).
