Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("2022 Annual Report and Accounts") and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM")

Secure Trust announces that the Notice of AGM was sent to all shareholders who had requested a physical copy on 11 April 2023, together with the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts. Electronic copies of each document are available on Secure Trust's website.

A copy of the Notice of AGM has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism Copies may also be obtained by application to the Company Secretary at the registered office of the Company.

As required by DTR 6.3.5 (3) the Company con rms that the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.securetrustbank.co.uk .

The 2023 AGM will be held at 3p.m. on Thursday 18 May 2023 at Simmons and Simmons LLP, CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9SS. Shareholders are encouraged to submit their form of proxy online or otherwise as outlined in the Notice of AGM. Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of AGM alongside guidance on how to submit questions to the Directors ahead of the AGM.
