SQS Contract Wins update 
 
 
SQS Software Quality Systems AG (AIM:SQS.L), the world's largest supplier in 
independent software testing and quality management services, is pleased to 
announce new contract wins with a major UK utility company, a European air 
traffic control agency, a multi-billion pound UK retailer and two European 
banks, including Swiss based St. Galler Kantonal Bank. 
 
 
SQS has been contracted by Swiss based St. Galler Kantonal Bank to provide 
Managed Testing Services for the bank's core banking application over a five 
year period. SQS's offshore resources, combined with its domain knowledge and 
proprietary testing tools, were key factors in winning the contract. SQS has 
also recently signed a similar multi-year contract with another European private 
bank, demonstrating strong demand for its Managed Testing Services offerings 
within the Financial Services sector. 
 
 
SQS has also been contracted by a major UK utility supplier to work in a number 
of key programmes throughout the remainder of 2009 and 2010. SQS will be 
providing a range of quality assurance and testing consultancy services to help 
the client realise its business and technical goals. The client is deploying a 
blended onshore/offshore model which is already delivering cost and efficiency 
benefits. 
 
 
In addition, SQS has won a contract to provide a test system and services to a 
European air traffic control agency. SQS's proficiency in test automation and 
its methodology, embedded in its proprietary testing products (tools), were key 
differentiators in securing the contract. 
 
 
Furthermore, SQS has been selected by a major UK retailer as the testing partner 
that will support the implementation of a new SAP based system, powering a new 
retail format to be rolled out across hundreds of stores in 2010.
