The Company wishes to announce that Barclays PLC has purchased 24,808 ordinary
shares in the Company on 18 December 2007. Following this purchase Barclays PLC
now holds a total of 908,218 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.13 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
