                                 AGM Statement

At Reflec's Annual General Meeting held earlier today in London, all the
resolutions were passed. Peter Smith, a non-executive director and deputy
chairman of the Company was not put forward for confirmation as a Director
and therefore ceased to be a Director, with effect from the end of the AGM. He
remains as Chief Executive of, and 50% shareholder in Reflec USA, Inc.

Commenting on Peter Smith ceasing to be a Director, Tim Hearley, Chairman of
Reflec said, "I would like to thank Peter for his contribution over the past six
years. We wish him all the best for the future."
