As at the close of business  on 30 September 2009, the estimated  Net 
Asset Value per ordinary share ("NAV  per share") of the Company  was 
100.71p.  This represents a gain of 0.8 per cent on the NAV per share 
since 31 August  2009 after allowing  for the dividend  of 2.75p  per 
Ordinary Share  paid  on  16 September  2009.   The  estimated  fully 
diluted NAV per share was 99.54p.
