Trading Statement 
 
The Directors of Pubs 'n' Bars, the community public house owner and operator 
announce that the Group continues to experience difficult trading conditions and 
a lack of supplier credit to the business which is having an adverse effect on 
the Group's working capital. 
 
 
The Group's bankers are currently supporting the business on a day to day basis 
and discussions with them regarding the Group's future funding are ongoing. A 
further announcement will be made in due course.
