Horizon Technology Group plc, a leading system integrator and distributor of
information technology products in the UK and Ireland, announced today that Paul
Tierney has retired from the board as a non-executive director and will not be
seeking re-election at today's Annual General Meeting.

Samir Naji, Chairman said "Paul has given Horizon tremendous guidance and
