    ClearSpeed Technology plc received notification on 11 July 2008 that Richard Farleigh, Chairman of the Company on that same day
purchased 5,325,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, at a price of 12 pence per share. Following the above transaction, Richard Farleigh now
holds 13,908,045 ordinary shares representing 22 per cent. of the issued share capital.
